Seeing negativity (hate/racism/sexism/etc) in your community: super depressing.
Seeing positivity (props/understanding/discussions) in your community: super fulfilling.

Such a range of emotions. 😫😡😭😍


Write

When I can’t sleep, I write. When I need to think, I write. When I need to cope, I write.

Writing helps me in many aspects of my life. It slows down my thoughts to allow me to process information in a coherent way instead of thinking ten steps ahead and losing sight of the present.

Today is the first day of the 2020 NFL Draft, which marks my fourth draft at @BleacherReport. The NFL Draft is one of our biggest events each year despite not having broadcast rights, and this year will be one of our biggest yet. 💯

I’m incredibly proud of the iterative work we’ve put in over the past year to get us to where we are today. We’ll be broadcasting a live show in our app covering the draft (remotely!) with highlights, informed commentary, and team insights. 🗣

This has been a huge collaborative effort between many people I’m lucky to call coworkers and friends. It would mean a lot to me if you downloaded the [free] B/R app to check it out sometime tonight, even if only for a few minutes. ❤️


I recently added a yucca plant to my office, and I love how it completes the space. Now to keep it alive! 🤞🏼


Twenty-twenty

2019 was a year of tremendous personal growth for me. As I look back on 2019 and back further over the last decade, I’m amazed by the things I have accomplished, the people I’ve had the good fortune of meeting, and the experiences I’ve had.
